The Crafture furniture comes with a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. The warranty includes free service & repair, part replacement if needed.
Cancellation & Return

(a) Orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation charges may apply.

(b) We accept returns only if the product is majorly damaged.

In case of minor damages, we will arrange a qualified technician to be able to fix the issue, only if we feel fixable, else return/replacement will be suggested.
