Refund policy

Cancellation of Products

(a)You can cancel the products within 48 hours of placing orders.

(b)In case you chose to cancel the order of a product fully or partially, you can drop an email to "thecrafture24@gmail.com" for cancellation. 

(c)In case of Cancellation, the refund is processed in 7-10 days (Amount paid minus 2.36% for Platform Charges).

 

Return of Products

We accept returns only if the product is majorly damaged.

If in case the product or the part of the product is missing, we will ensure the complete delivery to your doorstep, for this you can reach us to raise your concerns at thecrafture24@gmail.com.

In case of major damages:

We will get the product picked up and initiate refunds in 7-10 days, for returning, you can write us at thecrafture24@gmail.com. Our team might ask for pictures/videos of the damage and so will process the return & refund.

In case of minor damages:

We will arrange a qualified technician to be able to fix the issue, only if we feel fixable, else return/replacement will be suggested.

The discretion of minor and major damages lies with our teams, rest assured they go an extra mile to make sure you go home with a smile.
