  • Discount and SALE Info: In order to partake in any discount on the price on the website, the customer is obliged to wait for a longer period for product receipt than current dispatch times, as committed by sales team. The extended timelines if any are confirmed post sale by the support team.
  • Delivery through lift: We kindly request customers to note that if the product does not fit in the lift, The Crafture cannot take responsibility. However, we are pleased to offer delivery assistance till the lift door on the ground floor in case the product doesn't fit through the lift. Please be aware that The Crafture does not provide labour for carrying the product via the staircase, and this task will need to be arranged by the customer.
  • To ensure a successful purchase, we recommend measuring the lift door, flat entrance, and room door to confirm if the product will fit. Please understand that refunds cannot be processed if the product does not fit the designated space.
  • In the event of transit damage, we kindly request customers to promptly inform The Crafture within 24 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so may result in the transit warranty policy not being applicable, and any damage repairs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If a product is marked for replacement and pickup, we kindly request clients to cooperate with the scheduled return and pickup arranged by the Crafture team. Failure to do so may result in voiding the warranty and potential delays in meeting promised timelines.
  • Please be aware that these are all natural and handcrafted products, and slight variations are expected. Differences in colour, stain, polish, cane, figures, colouration, and knot marks in wood and other components are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects. These variations are a natural outcome of the unique patterns found in natural products and the craftsmanship involved.
  • MDF or Ply is used on certain areas like the underside or drawers/back of large consoles/wardrobes and the flat surface of beds where the mattress is kept. This is in keeping with best practises of manufacturing and to ensure that the product is usable.
  • We advise clients that any changes regarding fabric, polish, or colour cannot be made after an order is placed, even if the client perceives differences in product colour under various lighting environments.
  • We kindly request clients to cooperate if there are occasional delays in product delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions and other factors. Delays caused by genuine reasons offered by our logistics partners, including lockdowns, restricted state border movements, accidents, among others, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any Order Customisations with the order will be considered final, and request for change window is 24 hours of order placement.
